You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Woodhall Spa Parish Council Planning Committee, which will be held on Tuesday 2nd February 2021 commencing at 2.45pm via zoom, which will be preceded by a Public Forum starting at 2.30pm.
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.
The official meeting will start at 2.45pm or at the conclusion of the public forum whichever is the sooner. All Councillors should sign into the zoom meeting by 2.30pm.

2. Apologies for absence with reason given.
3. Declaration of Members’ interests in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 (Disclosure by all members present of disclosable pecuniary interests in matters on the agenda that have not already been declared on their Declarations of Interests form or put in writing to the Monitoring Officer at East Lindsey District Council)
4. To consider requests from members for a dispensation on any items on the agenda (In accordance with the Localism Act 2011 the Parish Council has the authority to grant any members present a dispensation on their disclosable pecuniary interest so that they may take place in the debate and vote)
5. To approve the notes from the Planning Committee Meeting held on 12th January 2021 as being a true record of the meetings
6. To consider and respond to planning application: S/170/02237/20 – REEDSBECK FARM, SANDY LANE. Change of use, conversion of, alterations and extension to the existing outbuildings to provide 1no. holiday let.
7. To consider and respond to planning application: S/215/02236/20 – WATERLOO FARM, MONUMENT ROAD. Change of use and conversion of the existing outbuilding to form 1no. holiday let.
8. To acknowledge the resignation of WSPC Tree Warden, consider the absence of input from the Tree Group and the impact on the Planning Committee. Consider and resolve options going forward
9. To consider and respond to tree works application EZY/0004/21/TPA – 18 HEATHER CLOSE.
G2 – 4 Oak & Ash – (T1 and T2 on plan) Oak – Lift lower canopy by approx. 7m and reduce lateral limb growing towards shed and property by 1.5 – 2m.
10. To receive the East Lindsey District Council Planning application decisions made since the previous meeting:
