Who we are & what we do
Woodhall Spa Parish Council consists of 12 Councillors who normally serve for a four year term of office. All Councillors are voluntary and are not paid. It is you, the public, who elect the council. Sadly, it is often a struggle to get sufficient councillors and during the 4 year cycle we may have to co-opt more members. We try and select councillors who have a diverse range of skills and can bring those skills to the council for the benefit of our parish.
Council Meetings are usually held on the third Tuesday of every month at the Council Office at 17 Stanhope Avenue. See the diary of meetings for more information.
For further information relating to the services offered by the Parish Council, please contact the Parish Clerk who will be happy to give advice and assistance.
Opening Times
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 12.30 p.m. 4.00 p.m.
Who Are Your Councillors
Our councillors are elected or co-opted. If you would like to become a councillor or find out more about what they do, then please contact the Parish Clerk or speak to one of your Councillors.
Committees & Responsibilities
Our committees and responsible Councillors have specific tasks and can have delegated powers. All councillors are members of all committees. Each committee has a chairperson elected annually at the first meeting of each committee after the Annual Parish Meeting. Working parties must report to Full Council.
