The Chairman briefly explained this was the first ZOOM Planning Committee meeting.

It was proposed and seconded to approve the notes as the minutes by Councillor Clark and Walker. Councillor Williams abstained as he was not present.

To consider and respond to planning application S/215/00637/20 – 210 Witham Road. Rear two storey extension to existing dwelling which is an amendment to the previously approved planning permission ref: S/215/221/19, (some works commenced)
It was proposed, seconded, and unanimously resolved to support this application.

To consider and respond to planning application S/215/00577/20 – Woodlands Day Nursery. Listed building consent – alterations to existing day nursery to provide a replacement roof.
It was proposed, seconded, and unanimously resolved to support this application.

To consider and respond to planning application S/215/00506/20 – 36 Mill Lane.
Extension and alterations to the existing dwelling to provide a ground floor integral garage, boot room/utility room, conservatory, kitchen and dining room with a first floor bedroom with ensuite over on the site of part of the existing dwelling which is to be demolished.
It was proposed, seconded, and unanimously resolved to support this application.
