You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Woodhall Spa Parish Council which will be held on TUESDAY 14 DECEMBER 2021 commencing at 7.15pm at Parish Council Chamber which will be preceded by a Public Forum starting at 7. 00pm.The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.
The official meeting will start at 7.15pm or at the conclusion of the public forum whichever is the sooner. PRESS AND PUBLIC WELCOME
Public Participation (maximum 15 minutes) during the Public Forum only - Members of the public will be invited to comment on any of the items on the agenda or any item they may wish to raise, those items not on the agenda will not be debated but referred if appropriate to the next meeting.

4. To consider requests from members for a dispensation on any items on the agenda (In accordance with the Localism Act 2011 the Parish Council has the authority to grant any members present a dispensation on their disclosable pecuniary interest so that they may take place in the debate and vote)

7. Financial Matters
a) To approve automated, retrospective, and future payments to be made
b) To note the bank reconciliation
8. To consider the second draft Budget 2022/23 and amendments to Ear Marked Reserves produced by the Finance Working Group
9. To set the 2022/23 precept
10. To consider information regarding the Safer Together programme form Lincolnshire Police and arrange a suitable crime prevention community event.
11. To receive a presentation from Nick Bennet regarding project management tools for use by WSPC with an option to adopt
12. To consider the Round Table survey and the possible future management options for Chapman’s Corner
13. To consider the options for increased community communication platforms, terms of reference and policy implications.
14. To consider introducing a WSPC or independent community jobs team to carry out a range of jobs within the parish, equipment & budgetary requirements.
15. To set the date and time of the next Full Council meeting 2022
