You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Woodhall Spa Parish Council which will be held on Tuesday 24th June 2021 commencing at 7.15pm at THE PETWOOD HOTEL, which will be preceded by a Public Forum starting at 7. 00pm.The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.
The official meeting will start at 7.15pm or at the conclusion of the public forum whichever is the sooner. PRESS AND PUBLIC WELCOME
Public Participation (maximum 15 minutes) during the Public Forum only - Members of the public will be invited to comment on any of the items on the agenda or any item they may wish to raise, those items not on the agenda will not be debated but referred if appropriate to the next meeting.

12. To consider and resolve membership status of the assistant Clerk to the WYPF pension scheme
13. To receive a presentation from the Good Neighbours group and resolve WSPC commitment
14. To consider legal quotes for the Asset Transfer and resolve awarding the contract
15. To consider applicants for the Parish Council vacancy with a view to co-opt
16. To consider concerns raised by the public regarding shop merchandise encroaching on the footpath including arm chairs, washbasin, and a toilet and resolve action
17. To receive a report from the Facilities Committee regarding the limited availability at the Kirkby Lane Cemetery and the need for additional land
18. To consider accepting a donation of £1571.40 from Woodhall Spa Chamber of Trade & Tourism for use to benefit the residents of Woodhall Spa
19. To consider an invitation from JPWS to be involved in the Queens Platinum Jubilee celebration planned for June 2022 and assign a WSPC representative
20. To consider purchasing a large monitor for the Council Chamber for future in person meetings
21. To receive a progress update on the NHDP process
22. To receive an update regarding the Pine Woods traffic flow.
