Dear Councillors, you are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Woodhall Spa Parish Council which will be held on TUESDAY 15 April 2025 commencing at 7.15pm in the Parish Council Chamber which will be preceded by a Public Forum starting at 7. 00pm. 
All Councillors are requested to attend at 7.00pm.
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the agenda. 
 
The official meeting will start at 7.15pm or at the conclusion of the public forum, whichever is the sooner. PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE ALWAYS WELCOME
Public Participation (maximum 15 minutes) during the Public Forum only - Members of the public will be invited to comment on any of the items on the agenda or any item they may wish to raise, those items not on the agenda will not be debated but referred if appropriate to the next meeting.

11. To consider the conditions regarding taking on the upkeep of the 2 x Lions village defibrillators located at the fire station and JJ’s garage
 
12. To receive an update regarding the final designs for the Royal Square Transformation and grant application progress.
 
13. To consider and resolve the format for the Annual Parish Meeting at Coronation Hall on Friday 9th May to include the Royal Square design and a presentation from Paul Drury regarding The Armed Forces Covenant 
 
14. To note Kirkby on Bain and Roughton Parish Council are seeking to apply for a TRO to limit the number of HGV’s travelling through their villages and the subsequent impact on Woodhall Spa 
 
15. To consider a request for support from a resident to implement a H bar on the roadside at 1 Victoria Avenue
