Dear Councillors, you are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Woodhall Spa Parish Council which will be held on TUESDAY 21st OCTOBER 2025 commencing at 7.15pm in the Parish Council Chamber which will be preceded by a Public Forum starting at 7. 00pm.
All Councillors are requested to attend at 7.00pm.
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the agenda.
The official meeting will start at 7.15pm or at the conclusion of the public forum, whichever is the sooner. PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE ALWAYS WELCOME
Public Participation (maximum 15 minutes) during the Public Forum only - Members of the public will be invited to comment on any of the items on the agenda or any item they may wish to raise, those items not on the agenda will not be debated but referred if appropriate to the next meeting.

4. To elect a Vice Chair due to resignation of Cllr Sanderson.
5. To elect a Councillor(s) to be responsible for planning applications

10. Financial Matters

c) To agree new Councillors to authorise payments.
11. To receive a report regarding the Remembrance Day Parade and resolve any further action if required.
12. To note the date for the Christmas trees and garlands to be put up in the village as the 30th November.

13. To receive a report of the meeting held between Business owners and Parish Councillors regarding the boards above the shops on Broadway and to resolve any further action needed.
14. To note correspondence received from ELDC with regard to proposed street names for the development site in Woodhall Spa.
15. To consider a request from the Cricket Club to install solar panels on the roof of the Cricket Club Pavillon.
16. To discuss the issues with parking on Clarence Road around the Co-op and resolve further action to be taken.
