MINUTES OF THE WOODHALL SPA PARISH COUNCIL PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 12th JANUARY 2021 AT 2.30PM

Chairman’s comments
As the Chairman of the Committee was unable to attend Councillor Needham was nominated as the Chairman.

Apologies for absence with reason given
Apologies from Councillor Clarke were noted and accepted, apologies from Councillor Ayling were not received.

Declaration of Members’ interests in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
(Disclosure by all members present of disclosable pecuniary interests in matters on the agenda that have not already been declared on their Declarations of Interests form or put in writing to the Monitoring Officer at East Lindsey District Council)
No declarations were made.

To consider requests from members for a dispensation on any items on the agenda (In accordance with the Localism Act 2011 the Parish Council has the authority to grant any members present a dispensation on their disclosable pecuniary interest so that they may take place in the debate and vote)

To approve the notes from the Planning Committee Meeting held on 1st December 2020 as being a true record of the meetings
It was proposed and seconded to approve the notes as the minutes. 

PL/6/1/21
To consider and respond to planning application: S/215/02276/20 – ASHDOWN, CROMWELL AVENUE. Alteration to the existing bungalow to provide 10no. roof lights. 
It was proposed, seconded, and unanimously resolved to support this application.

PL/7/1/21
To consider and respond to tree works application EZY/0122/20/TPA – WOODHALL SPA PINEWOODS, STIXWOULD ROAD.                          
W2 – Mixed conifer and broadleaved species – Fell.
T 13 Lime – Fell
T14 Horse Chestnut – Fell
It was proposed, seconded, and unanimously resolved to support this application.

PL/8/1/21
To consider and respond to tree works application EZY/0117/20/TCA – 6 FAIRMEAD COURT, STANHOPE AVENUE. 
T1 - Portuguese Laurel – Remove.
T2 - Hawthorn – Remove.
T3 – Acacia – Remove.
It was proposed, seconded, and unanimously resolved to support this application.

PL/9/1/21
To consider and respond to tree works application EZY/0001/21/TPA – FIVE OAKS, GREEN LANE. To maintain 5 trees at the location by lifting the crown. 
It was proposed, seconded, and unanimously resolved to support this application.

To receive the East Lindsey District Council Planning application decisions made since the previous meeting: 

The following applications have been granted Full Planning Permission

S/215/01891/20 – Matthew Temple House – sitting of a shepherd’s hut to be used as a flower shop.

S/215/02042/20 – Frieston House, 1 Victoria Avenue – Extension & alteration

S/215/01593/20 – 127, plot 6, Witham Road – Extension & alteration

S/215/01478/20 – 7 King Edward Road – Erection of a double garage

Approval of Section 73 Application
 
S/215/01842/20 – Car Park at Jubilee Park.

To consider setting the date and time of the Planning Committees up to July 2021 as the first Tuesday in the month at 2.30pm as per the pre booked ZOOM scheduled set the date and time of the next Planning Committee meeting
The Committee agreed to setting up the regular time to use the same ZOOM ID, however they did note that in certain circumstances the date may need to be altered and the ZOOM ID accordingly. 
The next Planning Committee is scheduled for Tuesday 2nd February.
